Badlands - February DIPA - 473 ML

The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.

This month, being that it is the month of Valentines Day/love, we decided we wanted to use some hops that we've been crushing on. Hopped with our newest crush, Talus, and some of our long time crushes Riwaka and Nelson Sauvin, this beer tastes absolutely lovely. We taste notes of pink grapefruit, gooseberry, red berry and some mixed tangerine citrus all underscored by that characteristic New Zealand/southern hemisphere danky note that we also love so dang dearly.
