This West Coast IPA is packed with traditional West Coast Hops, Simcoe and Amarillo. Fermented with a Norwegian Kveik Yeast to bring out the citrus and apricot notes. These put together to create a truly unique take on a classic.
 
APPEARANCE
Golden amber hue with very slight haziness.
 
AROMA
Resinous pine, dried apricot and light melon afterthoughts brought by a generous dry hopping of Simcoe. Amarillo brings citrus notes with a slight floral character.
 
TASTE
Hop forward bitterness at the start, resinous pine, citrus, apricot, with a hint of sweet caramel in the finish to balance out the bitterness from the hops. Kveik yeast balances each flavor with its unique fruity esters.
 
MOUTHFEEL
Tight carbonation creates a slight bite to go with the extra bitterness at the end that finishes clean.
